I have paid for my course but haven’t received confirmation.

Once you have paid for your course online, you will then be taken to an enrolment page. You need to do this and fill all the details out. Once that is done you will then receive a confirmation email and all the details regarding your course. For any other issues relating to your course please contact Vital Skills Training on 1300 753 634.

I have reached all my attempts at the online training and I am now locked out.

Please contact Vital Skills training on 1300 753 634 and they will be able to assist you. Wimmera First Aid Training won’t be able to help you with your online training component.
